60 minute vinyasa flow class focused on asanas (postures) building body weight strength, mobility, flexibility, and mental focus. Class moves at the pace of your breath, alinging breath and movement. In studio props including blocks, straps, blankets, and bolsters are available. Hands-on assisted offered for adjustments.
